What is City Running ?
Running sightseeing, sightrunning, sightjogging, running tours... there are many names for one of the newest sightseeing trends in the world's metropolises. But what is this new trend ? Sightrunning is exactly what is says on the tin - a combination of running and sightseeing.
A local runner, guides guests through their home city while sharing facts, history and anecdotes with the participants.
During the tour, the runners stop by the many sights to receive information and take photos. However, that is not all, as it is a local person showing runners around the city, the tours also include hidden and unknown pearls that only locals are aware of.
How fast do we run ?
A city run is not a race. We always run at easy pace, so you can enjoy the view, the buildings and the people.
Every tour we have very frequent stops at important sites/landmarks, so we almost never run more that 1K without a stop.
Sightrunning is for everyone - from a beginner to an advanced runner.
Can I run with my family
(kids) on a tour ?
Yes, ofcourse. Minors only have to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians and be able to run the same distance.
How long is a City Run ?
Our short tour is about 6.5 km.
Our long tour is about 10 km.
You can choose your own distance at the start of our Tour.
If you're able to run 5K without extreme effort, it's perfectly possible to run the long tour.
